Remove the cap from the NAD+ and Bacteriostatic water vial then clean rubber top with alcohol swab.
Using the mixing syringe pull back 10ml of air and insert into the Bacteriostatic vial. Draw out 10ml of Bacteriostatic water and mix it with the NAD+. Now roll the NAD+ vial until it is clear and has no cloudy residue or particles left. The solution should be clear. Mixing is now complete.
Inject 100ml (100 units) twice a week by Intramuscular administration. 100 units is equal to 1cc. See photo on where to draw to:
Intramuscular (IM) injections are given directly into the central area of the deltoids (shoulder). A needle is inserted with a quick thrust at a 90-degree angle. The needle penetrates the skin and subcutaneous tissue, and the medicine is deposited in the underlying muscle. The deltoid muscle in the upper arm is the preferred injection site for IM administration.
